♡ tos / shop rules

by purchasing from cyberia, you’re agreeing to the following ♡

assets + textures

anything made by me, including textures, edits, meshes, designs, or other

original work, stays part of the project it was made for.

don’t take, extract, reuse, or redistribute anything from my avatars or

projects. if you want to use an asset made by another creator, grab it from

their shop directly so they get the support + credit they deserve!

don’t recreate, trace, copy, or heavily reference my work or textures for your

own projects.

standalone textures + assets purchased separately may be used on personal,

paid/commercial + nitro vrchat avatars unless the product listing says otherwise.

free avatar/package distribution is not allowed unless specifically stated.

you may edit/recolor standalone textures + assets for your project, but the raw

or edited files cannot be shared, resold, redistributed, or included in

standalone texture/asset packs.

product-specific rules always override these general shop rules.

sharing + ownership

no sharing, leaking, trading, reselling, or price splitting.

your purchase is for you only and does not give anyone else access to the

files.

the avatar/package also can’t be made public or uploaded to someone else’s

account.

if you’re having someone work on your avatar, both you and the person working

on it need to own the required assets/licenses. don’t send the package to

someone who hasn’t purchased it.

commissions + uploads

you’re welcome to customize your avatar, make personal edits, use it for

streaming/content, take renders, and have fun with it!

for commissions, public uploads, or anything where another person is going to

use the project, both parties need to own the necessary assets/licenses.

credits

credits are always appreciated and help people find my work ♡

if you post renders, videos, or other content using my avatar/project, please

credit cyberia in the caption!

credits for other creators’ assets still apply separately, so make sure you

follow their tos too.

refunds

all sales are final — no refunds.

if something isn’t working or you’re having trouble with the files, feel free

to reach out through my discord and i’ll do my best to help ♡

♡ thank you for supporting cyberia and my shop
